"Be profitable"
This statement confuses everyone, this is intention.
Every company aspires to be profitable, but the vast majority think of it from perspective of money. For us, profitability means to contribute more than we take (from the earth, society, etc). While a sign of a great product is its ability to generate cash profits, other times it might also mean that the product generates great social rewards that far out weight its cost.
We aspire to create these great products and technologies that solve problems we as humans are facing today and tomorrow.
About our team.
We could say we simply hire the best, the smartest, the proven; but that would be very discriminatory, extremely self righteous and very evil.
We and our employees all believe life is a journey, that anything is possible if we choose it. Branding on a resume from a company, university or some organization does not indicate the true potential of a person. At best it makes us a squishy robot programed to follow orders and say what we are expected to say.
We believe in the brilliance of everyone, that anyone can become anything they want and achieve the goals they want if their potential is unlocked. Coming from a great university, a great company does go a long way in telling us how hungry you are, but it still doesn't distinguish you from the crowd. How many people graduate from that very same university? Get hired by that same Fortune 500 company? Then ask yourself, how many of those people go down in history? How many of them really accomplish something big with their lives? How many are truly happy with their lives and accomplishments?
What does this look like?
Insanely focused and structured, able to cancel out all distractions until you have achieved what you set out to do.

Just to clarify, getting our attention doesn't necessarily mean emailing a resume or calling us repeatedly. Attention could mean writing a proposal, showing us a cool new technology you came up with, winning some press/prizes, befriending our team or interests, coming to our speaking engagements or whatever you can imagine. Sometimes you will be a great fit now, other times a great fit for future projects or maybe you are just on the path of evolution.

SaaS Superhero(s), multiple openings. There is little doubt that the SaaS is one of the best ways to go for the majority of enterprise and SMB software applications. Enabling business to focus on business, not the endless concerns and worries of IT. If you are in IT at any company, you should be worried, over the next 10-15 years you will be like COBOL programmers (a dying breed nearing extinction).
As part of our 2008 strategy, we are moving our focus and applications to SaaS platforms. Now we need you! To enable our successful corporate product migration and growth of this business line. Experience in data governance and security is a plus.

We need folks to hit the ground running, compete the POC, trials and help design a scalable domestic manufacturing plant for our joint venture partner. Travel maybe required. US Citizens only.
